What are the steps to build a pool and jacuzzi?
The steps of building a swimming pool and jacuzzi are almost the same. Because there are almost identical conditions in both of these structures, and therefore, the construction of both of them can be carried out simultaneously. But in order to build a swimming pool and jacuzzi, some steps must be taken.
What are the benefits of adhering to the principles of pool and jacuzzi?
Before we talk about the steps of building a swimming pool and jacuzzi, it is better to learn more about the benefits of following these steps. In general, when the construction of a complex, especially a basic pool and jacuzzi, is done, the maintenance cost of the pool and jacuzzi is significantly reduced. Because the collection in question is designed in its best state and all principles and rules have been observed during the process of making it. In this way, the lifespan of the collection will be longer. Other benefits of following the principles in the stages of building a swimming pool and hot tub include greater safety. Since complexes such as swimming pools and jacuzzis are directly connected with humans, there is a possibility that if the design and construction principles are not followed, in addition to financial accidents, it will also lead to life accidents. Therefore, it can be said that observing the principles in the construction of swimming pools is considered necessary.
What steps do you need to build a pool and a jacuzzi?
Some of the steps of building a swimming pool and jacuzzi are the same.
Design
The first step in the process of building a swimming pool and jacuzzi is its design. In general, before any work, the required plan and map must be provided. Mainly, in the design of the pool and jacuzzi map, attention should be paid to several factors, including the available space. The available space determines the discretion of the pool designer. Therefore, paying attention to this parameter is very important.
The second factor that must be considered in the design of the pool is the height of the pool. In general, due to the expansion of cities, it is common to build swimming pools and hot tubs in some large buildings. Therefore, when building a swimming pool in such conditions, the amount of pressure on the main skeleton of the building must be estimated.
excavation
The next step in building a swimming pool and hot tub is soil removal. In general, at this stage, it should be done based on the allowed height and depth of the pools, which is mainly evaluated according to the distance of the walls.
In general, all swimming pools and jacuzzis mainly have gentle slopes and have shallow and deep areas. Therefore, during excavation and concreting, the slope of the pool must be fully observed.
pool armed
The third stage of the construction of swimming pools and hot tubs, which is mostly common in concrete pools and hot tubs, is the reinforcement of the pool. In general, the existing concrete cannot show good resistance against tensile, shear and even bending loads.
For this reason, mainly in concrete pools, columns, walls and even the bottom of the pool are covered with reinforcement and rebar before pouring concrete. This action causes the resistance of the designed structure to increase significantly against tensile and compressive forces.
Implementation of the facilities
The most important step in the construction of a swimming pool and jacuzzi is the installation. In general, the facilities of a swimming pool and jacuzzi include various parts, including piping, pumps, filters, hair baskets, etc.
In general, the implementation of the facilities before concreting the pool and jacuzzi is considered very important and vital. In such a way that if a mistake occurs in this facility, the manufacturer will bear a very heavy cost.
Concrete
The next step of building a swimming pool and jacuzzi is concreting. After the process of arming the swimming pool and hot tub is finished, their surroundings should be closed for concreting the formwork.
After closing the molds, space is provided for concreting. Concreting should be done in such a way that all the spaces are filled with concrete and there are no holes. Normally, other operations should be done one week after concreting.
Tobacco and Sealing
The last step of the pool and hot tub construction process is finishing and sealing. In general, in swimming pools and jacuzzis, because the environment is completely exposed to moisture, moisture-resistant materials such as tiles and ceramics are usually used.
Before the carpentry and decorative work of the pool, the walls must be completely sealed using special materials such as concrete glue so that there is no leakage in the structure.
